Where a title is shipped within Europe, its price (including any  applicable delivery and order charge) is exclusive of VAT. 	
						
Please ensure the delivery address and receiver's name for your  order is accurate and complete as we are unable to change any details  once the order has been placed. We take no responsibility for any orders  that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you.							
You must notify us within 4 weeks of dispatch date as recorded in  your account if you have not received an item. After this time no refund  will be issued for any missing orders.								
The information contained in this website may contain technical  inaccuracies, typographical or bibliographical errors. We expressly  exclude all liabilities howsoever arising, including for inaccuracies or  errors, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Refund Policy for the Peaceful Pill eHandbook subscription:

The Peaceful Pill eHandbook cannot be returned for refund after user access has been recorded. If a subscription is purchased in error (eg the purchaser is under 50 years) a maximum refund of USD$70 will be available, allowing for handling and processing fees. If your eHandbook appears to have a technical issue, please email office@peacefulpilhandbook.com for tech support. 								
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws in force in the Netherlands, and you irrevocably and unconditionally submit to the  non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands, and any courts which may hear appeals from those courts.								
Exit International reserves the right, at its sole discretion,  to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these Terms of Use at any  time by posting the changes to these terms and conditions on the Service  at this Website
